  • Pharmaceutical Market Analytics (application of quantitative research data)
  • Marketing research (qualitative and quantitative)
  • The definition of target segments, the calculation of market potential, PPT (Patient model)
  • Competitor analysis, determination of differentiating benefits of the drug
  • SWOT-analysis (using the matrix and analysis of collected data)
  • Marketing mix (the analysis of the current situation and plan a strategy 4P)
  • Marketing communications. Promotion of prescription and OTC brands. Advertising and media planning basics.
  • Financial aspects of marketing (P & L, budgeting and pricing of drugs)

Format and training schedule
Course of study includes classroom courses and distance learning modules:
1st distance learning module (working with the first materials) – up to 29.01.2016
1st classroom training module in Kiev, 29-31.01 (Fri: 15:30 – 20:30 pm, Sat-Sun: 9:00 – 17:30 pm)
2nd distance learning module using the resources of the School’s website from 01.02 to 26.02.2015
2nd classroom training module in Kyiv, 27-28.02 (Sat – Sun 9:00 – 17:30 pm)
